是ipanel注册系统，注册的时候需要提供他们论坛上的帐号，所以需要到http://www.webmaster-networks.com/forums/index.php?act=Reg&CODE=00注册个帐号，最好和你注册空间帐号一样，没见到说需要发贴才能申请，不过我建议有空就登录他们论坛去顶下帖
绑域名的话，直接绑到A记录上，不要用他们的DNS，好像DNS有问题
